September 2018 Employee of the Month

Mrs. Onek was hired as the Middle and High School Principal this year, and she was nominated by Erik Sorum, Chase Casteel, Michal Austin, and an unknown party for this award. She is characterized as one who has breathed new life back into the building with a positive energy that is contagious. Staff and students appreciate her style of discipline which is supportive paired with accountability. An increase in school spirit is evident throughout the middle and high school. Many have noticed how quickly she is to deal with issues that arise, and how hard she works to get all students involved to create a team atmosphere. Mrs. Onek will receive a certificate and a Flinthills Jacket.
