January 2019 Employee of the Month
Launch the media gallery 1 playerKelli Davis was selected as our January Employee of the Month. Kelli has worked at Flinthills for almost 18 years, and has been the head cook for 7 years. She was nominated by Stephanie Girty and Jeremy Boldra. Kelli and her staff have much pride in offering the best customer service in the lunch line. She has been characterized as being a “Rock Star” this year. There has been much change in the kitchen with the addition of self-serve tables including a salad bar every day as well as new personnel who have been trained. Kelli has met with a committee several times this year to get feedback from students about what they like and what they’d like to see added, and Kelli has worked to make many changes with a happy heart. As a result, less food is being thrown away, students and staff have been educated about federal requirements, and staff and students are happier with their lunch experience. Kelli will receive a Certificate and a Flinthills Jacket.
