February 2020 Employee of the Month
Launch the media gallery 1 playerCrystal Ratcliff was selected as the February Employee of the Month. Crystal is in her 7th year as a teacher at Flinthills. Crystal is currently serving as our Title I teacher as a Reading Specialist. Her nominator remains anonymous, but characterized her by saying “I cannot express enough how valuable Crystal is to our district. She goes above and beyond her duties each and every day. Her positive outlook and attitude make work more enjoyable. She has implemented new strategies to help us build each other up and she should be recognized as a role model for all of us!” Congratulations, Crystal!
